Harmony Noel is the Founder and Executive Director of Hope for Kids Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting children and families impacted by neglect, abuse, and life-altering challenges. With a deep passion for advocacy and community empowerment, Harmony has committed her work to creating safe, nurturing environments where children can heal, grow, and thrive.

Drawing from both professional experience and personal resilience, Harmony brings a compassionate, hands-on approach to community outreach by advocating for those to matter. Her leadership focuses on building strong partnerships with schools, healthcare providers, and local organizations to deliver impactful programs that address mental health, education, and overall well-being for children and their families.

Under her direction, Hope for Kids Foundation strives to break cycles of trauma by providing resources, awareness initiatives, and supportive services that uplift families and strengthen communities. Harmony is also actively working to expand the foundation’s reach through public speaking, grant development, and collaborative programs that create lasting change for her children and generation to come.
